Shipping And Delivery Information

Ever wondered if time slows down after placing an order? Don't worry; we've all been there before. Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. 

Please note that overnight delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. 

To track your order, please use the tracking ID send to you in the confirmation email. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered products or transaction ID. Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship items back are non-refundable.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service at ask4sandman@gmail.com.

Refunds and Exchange Information

At Sandmen N' Witches, we firmly stand beside our product while guaranteeing your satisfaction. Our return policy is simple, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any item bought via Sandmen N' Witches. We take pride in the quality of our products. Our policy is to ensure that all products supplied reach you in perfect condition.

 

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. A return request should be made within 14 days and meet the requirements below. We are unable to offer refunds on products that have been customized or discounted. However, we will work with you on the piece and try to meet your requirements should an order not meet your expectations.

When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.

Return Policy

All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging.
