Products that are full price items and not discounted or sale items, must be returned 14 days from the date of purchase.

Your request will be processed within 14 days after we have received your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment account as per your request.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

1) Pack the item(s) securely in the original package if possible or use a box that will not damage, fold, or bend the items.

2) Please do not return item(s) in envelopes as it may damage them.

3) Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to insure that we receive the package.

We understand that the quality and composition of materials are important to our customers. The materials used in our products vary depending on the item. To provide you with the most accurate information, we recommend that you please refer to the product label to check on the material of the product.

If we are notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
